摘要
This paper will focus on key factors to create and measure an environment for employee well being and satisfaction, leading to improved participation and morale to achieve enterprise-wide success in a global economy. The critical importance of employee satisfaction to achieve customer satisfaction will be shared. A general roadmap to manage effectively `knowledge workers' in the 21st century will be identified. Major concepts, best practices, and practical tools will be discussed. It is hoped that, at the conclusion of this paper; a reader will be better equipped to energize his or her organization in the competitive marketplace.
