摘要
China has been implementing the Physical Education and Health Curriculums Standard for more than ten years. Under such background, college sports show "all flowers bloom together contention of a hundred schools of thought" prosperity. In the city of Wuhan, physical education has been improved greatly in this decade, including school hardware and software. However, the sports teaching ideas could not been updated at the same time. As a result, the practice of physical education entered a bottleneck phase. To investigate the reasons for this situation, factors such as history, reality, sociology, and school education systems are analyzed. This paper aims to solve some school concept questions, to clarify the relationship between health and physique, interest and culture, to examine the theory of P. E teaching mode with the teacher as the lead and the students as the main body. To solve the problems, the author puts forward some solutions, including "small-scale district sports option class", "combining physical education classes and sports sssociation", "make full use of school resources", and "treat the physique health test seriously and on the basis of evaluation".
