摘要
Agriculture is a field that uses a lot of water. Most of the time, this resource is not used efficiently and substantial amounts of water are wasted. Farmers tend to use more water than required by manual techniques hence wasting them. Moreover time is also being wasted to test the quality of soil for crop laying as the soil needs to be tested in the lab for the minerals, pH content etc. for which they need to submit the samples of soil to the laboratory. The present era farmers in India have been using the manual control irrigation technique in which the farmer irrigate plant at regular interval of time. Improper watering may cause immature growth of crops. Also, the crop needs fertilizers based on different soil types for which the soil sample is tested in the laboratories for mineral content. These problems are addressed in the proposed system. In the proposed system irrigation take place only when there is a requirement of water. Also, if the soil quality is required to be tested for the type of crop, it can also be displayed with all the necessary details of essential nutrients which are Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium.
