摘要
Pressure compensator is an important part of the deep-sea hydraulic system. The pressure compensator can balance the external high pressure and eliminate its influence on the system. Therefore, the dynamic characteristics of compensator greatly affect the security and output reliability of the system. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the deep-sea compensator, the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the compensator are obtained by mathematical modeling. It can be concluded that the dynamic characteristics of the compensator are greatly affected by the equivalent area of the piston. Using AMESim to model and simulate the system, the stability and fluctuation of compensation pressure under different piston areas were explored. The conclusion is consistent with the theoretical result, that is, when the area of compensating piston increases, the stability of compensating pressure gets better and the fluctuation amplitude gets smaller.
