摘要
The aim of this study was to evaluate the susceptibility of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains to a broad spectrum of antibiotics and selected chemotherapy. 136 strains isolated from humans (33), hospital sinks (1), fish (38), cattle (14), swine (22), fur animals (22), reddeer (2), roedeer (1), dogs (2) and cats (1) were investigated. fn addition, the indicative strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa NCTC 6749 was examined. The susceptibility study was carried out using the disc diffusion method based on the Mueler-Hinton medium. The specific susceptibility of P. aeruginosa to ciprofloxacin (99% susceptible strains), azlocyllin (97% susceptible strains), polimyxin B (95%), gentamicin, tobramicin, colistin (94%), ceftazidim (90%) was demonstrated. The investigated strains indicated a particularly high resistance to penicillin, ampicillin, cloxacillin, cephradin, cephalotin, cefamandol lincomicin (100% resistant strains), clindamicin, trimetoprim (99% resistant strains), cefuroxim (98%), nitrofurantoin (97%), erythromicin (96%), chloramphenicol (90%), sulphometoksazol (88%), rifampicin and biseptol (74%).
