摘要
Introduction: To investigate the efficacy of creatine phosphate sodium in treating viral myocarditis and its improvement effect on heart function in children. Materials and methods: A total of 190child patients with viral myocarditis admitted from January 2019 to October 2021 were divided into fructose diphosphate group (95 cases) and creatine phosphate sodium group (95 cases) by random numbers. The creatine phosphate sodium group was treated with creatine phosphate sodium injection and the fructose diphosphate group was treated with fructose diphosphate injection for 3 weeks. Then, the clinical efficacy, cardiac function, serum inflammatory factor levels, and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results: After 3 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the creatine phosphate sodium group was higher than that of the fructose diphosphate group (P<0.05). After 3 weeks of treatment, when compared with that before the treatment, the Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF), Ventricle Short axis Shortening Rate (VSSR), Cardiac Index (CI), and the peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, Natural Killers (NK) levels have increased in both group, and the parameters of the creatine phosphate sodium group are higher than that of the fructose diphosphate group (P<0.05). After 3 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum TNF-alpha, IL-6, and IL-8 decreased, and the parameters of the creatine phosphate sodium group are lower than that of the fructose diphosphate group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with fructose diphosphate, creatine phosphate sodium can effectively improve the heart function of children with viral myocarditis, reduce the body's inflammatory response, and improve the body's immune function with a better therapeutic effect.
