摘要
The transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP)-assisted steels, in which the microstructure was a mixture of allotriomorphic ferrite and bainite, were discussed. It was found that TRIP-assisted steels exhibited uniform tensile strains of about 15-30%. The analysis suggested that the uniform elongation properties of TRIP-assisted steels were due to the composite deformation behavior of the major phases with the retained austenite playing a minor role.
