Blueshift and phase tunability in planar THz metamaterials: the role of losses and toroidal dipole contribution

摘要
We propose a model of tunable THz metamaterials. The main advantage is the blueshift of resonance and phase tunability due to inductive coupling in planar metallic metamolecules with incorporated silicon wires. We discuss the role of losses and toroidal dipole contribution to metamaterial response. (C) 2017 Optical Society of America
