摘要
The thermal conductivity of the aluminum structural alloy SAV-1 used for fuel-element cladding in the fuel assemblies of a nuclear reactor is studied. It is determined that the behavior of the thermal conductivity in the range 290-490 K is nonlinear. The Debye temperature is calculated and the phonon-phonon contribution to the total thermal conductivity of the alloy is determined. It is shown on the basis of an analysis of electron and phonon scattering mechanisms that possible reasons for the observed changes in the thermal conductivity and the Lorenz number in the aluminum alloy SAV-1 are electron scattering by acoustic phonons and resonance scattering of short-wavelength acoustic phonons.
