摘要：

This paper first analyses the trend of specialization in construction enterprises. Meanwhile, this paper compares the organizational structures of construction industry in China and other developed countries and points out the gap between them. On the basis this paper analyses the factors inhibiting the development of specialized construction enterprises. Finally, from both aspects of industry management and the restructuring of construction enterprises, this paper discusses the means for conducting small to medium-sized construction enterprises to transform to specialized enterprises.
