摘要
The safe and stable operation of the power grid will face more arduous challenges when the scale of access to renewable energy such as wind power and photovoltaics expands year by year, and the expansion of large user load with different characteristics. In order to cope with frequent power imbalance events, the system needs to reserve sufficient reserve capacity and ensure the economy of the system at the same time. Therefore, based on the discrete Fourier transform, this paper proposes a method of system reserve capacity analysis and evaluation. The method can analyze the reserve requirements of the system at multi-time scales from the perspective of load. And it can determine whether the reserve of the current unit inputs meet the requirements online, and realize ultra-short-term real-time reserve monitoring of the units. The simulation results show that this method can quickly obtain the system reserve requirements in any time scale, and achieve the purpose of guiding the quarterly capacity allocation of power plant, making the day-ahead plan and conducting real-time reserve monitoring.
