摘要
In this paper, a novel technique is proposed to improve the wireless power transfer efficiency for downhole logging environment. The method applies a soft ferrite layer on the oil pipe so that the magnetic coupling between the transmitter and the receiver is greatly enhanced. Power transfer efficiency is calculated via electromagnetic simulation using the finite element method. A prototype was built to demonstrate the effectiveness of the technique.
