摘要
As the construction industry has an important affection both on the social economy and on the global environment, the government is paying more and more attention to sustainable construction. This paper firstly compares the relations of sustainable building, green building and energy-saving building, and then analyzes the relationship between lean thinking and sustainable construction thinking, and finally puts forward a sustainable construction model based on the lean thinking. These proposed ideas will not only benefit the construction enterprise for making their construction schemes sustainable and more acceptable, and saving resources and cost of their projects during the construction, but also benefit the society and environment for reducing the adverse affections by saving the construction resources, cutting the construction cycle, and enhancing the building quality.
