摘要
The paper is based on the fundamentals of material science, which is decisive for material application in various fields of human activities. Materials science inevitably links the molecular level of organizing substances and its three-dimensional structure with particular macroscopic substance properties which is the basis for the action of nanotechnology. Based on this fundamental knowledge the authors chronologically, front the very beginning, connect material science with nanotechnology, more precisely with its nanomaterials and nanoscience, emphasizing the importance and benefits of the application of nanotechnology and illustrate it with numerous examples of today's range in this field.
