摘要
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in web environments (Web GIS) sets up a new way of working geodata based on internet connections. Noise maps are tools which allows display of environmental noise levels in a specific area, enabling spatial analysis to support decision in aspects related to noise control. Currently, different GIS communities focus their efforts on finding methods for development of GIS projects aimed to obtain spatial data in a static way, requiring professional staff to get spatial data. Also, these methods lack strategies of getting requirements, acquisition, manipulation and maintenance of spatial data dynamically. Therefore, this article proposes a method for development of Web GIS applications which integrates phases in Web GIS development and considers best practices in development cycle of agile methodologies and GIS projects, seeking to improve the process of acquisition of geodata from collaborative platforms. In addition, the validation of proposal is carried out through a case study of the generation of dynamic noise maps for the city of Medellin. This proposal improves the process of acquisition of dynamic spatial data and development cycle of Web GIS application, incorporating the best practices required for the development of Web GIS.
