摘要
Supercritical-pressure coal-burning unit has lower coal-consumption & polluter and higher technology advantage, but it also have non-linear and multi-coupling issues in process control. A practical mathematic model was presented in this paper in order to analyze the controlled object. Combined the simulation data and the real unit operating data several times, the model was modified to a higher precision to up-close the real characteristic of the unit. The control scheme used to measure the fuel calorific value online was designed based on the researched result and verified by simulation. The scheme was also applied in the real unit operating and made a satisfied result. An Increment State Observer for the supercritical-pressure coal-burning unit was researched based on this mathematic model. The practical unit operating has verified the advantage of the Increment State Observer to improve control result.
