摘要：

Though the number and scale of Chinese enterprises transnational M&A are all increasing in recent years, the success rate of M&A is still remains low. Acculturation between two sides is an important factor affecting the M&A success. Combine with enterprises cases, several key problems in acculturation are discussed in this paper, that is the acculturation mode selection, the speed of acculturation, internationalized talents and management efforts.
