摘要
A semiconductor laser amplifier in a loop mirror was investigated for clock recovery from 160 Gb/s data signals. A width of the switching window larger than the bit period was appropriate. A power of -10dBm of the data signal was enough for the locking. (C) 2001 Optical Society of America.
