摘要
A plastic substrate-based dye-sensitized photoelectrode was fabricated with a thin mesoporous titania film prepared on a TiOx-coated indium tin oxide-polyethylene naphthalate (ITO-PEN) substrate by a low-temperature process. The 3.5 m-thick titania film sensitized with an indoline dye (D205) yielded a power conversion efficiency of 5.2%, with the internal quantum efficiency reaching 100%.
