Epitaxial LSMO thin films with correlation of electrical and magnetic properties above 400 K

摘要
We have prepared La-0.67 Sr0.33MnO3 (LSMO) thin films of 100 nm thickness with enhanced temperature of metal-insulator transition TN > 400K on MgO (0 01) substrates. The X-ray diffraction measurements (0-20 scan, co-scan and 0-scan) show a c-axis oriented in-plane heteroepitaxial growth of the LSMO on the MgO. Sensitive magnetic measurements of the LSMO susceptibility confirm the correlation of metal-insulator and ferromagnetic-paramagnetic transitions at temperature of TN =406K and so the coincidence with double exchange theory.
