摘要：

In order to promote the development of Chinese philosophy and Social Science in Colleges and universities, this article combines the philosophy and social science development situation with domestic scholars' suggestions, proposes solutions from three aspects-research environment, talent team and research method, and concludes that colleges and universities should create a good research environment, cultivate as well as introduce a group of professionals, and continuously explore the scientific research method system with characteristics of local higher schools to form philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics and improve China's contributions to international philosophy and social sciences development.
