摘要
Grape seed oil can be used as food stuff and also have high officinal value. The traditional extracting methods of grape seed oil have some defects such as the low yield and the solvent residue. In order to make full use of the wasted grape seeds in vintage process and to avoid the mentioned defects, grape seed was taken as the experimental material, it suggested the feasibility of extraction of oil from the grape seeds with SFE-CO2(Supercritical Fluid Extraction-CO2). the optimal oil extract process with SFE-CO2 from the seed of grape as follows: seeds size 40 meshes, extraction pressure of 30MPa, extraction temperature at 42 degrees C, CO2 flow rate 18L . h(-1) extraction time 93min. The yield rate could be over 17% under this condition. Gas Chromatography analysis of grape seed oil extracted by SFE-CO2 technique showed that the oil contained many kinds of fatty acids such as palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and arachidic acid, content of unsaturated fatty acid was over 90%. Color, flavor, savor, iodine value, saponification value and peroxide value all agreed with the international standard except that acidity was a little higher. The iodine value of the oil made by SFE technique was higher, while acidity, saponification and peroxide index was lower than that made by solvent method. SFE technique reserved the nutrition of the oil to the most extent and was free of chemical solvent. Therefore, it was better than solvent method and could serve the development of purely natural food, and have very good development prospect.
