Effects of structure transition on the microwave dielectric properties of ZnNb2(1-x)TixO(6-3x) ceramics

摘要
ZnNb2(1-x)TixO(6-3x) microwave dielectric ceramics were pre pared by traditional ceramics process. The crystal structure and microwave dielectric properties of ZnNb2(1-x)TixO(6-3x) ceramics were investigated by XRD and a HP8720 network analyzer. XRD results showed that four phases were observed with the increasing x values in this system. The ZnNb2O6 phase changed into a mixture of ZnNb2O6+ZnTiNb2O8+a-Zn2TiO4 as x increased, and finally into a-Zn2TiO4 and TiO2 phases in ZnNb2(1-x)TixO(6-3x) ceramics. The dielectric properties of ZnNb2(1-x)TixO(6-3x) ceramics exhibited a significantly dependence on the sintering condition, crystal structure and compositions of ceramics.
