摘要
There are severa influencing factors that affect the burden of tuberculosis (TB), including host immune responses and migration. For example, co-infection of parasitic infections with TB suppresses protective immune response against TB. As such, migration is one of the important influencing factors that affect the TB burden, especially in multidrug-resistant (MDR-TB). In this article, these important and neglected factors are discussed. (C) 2019 IMSS. Published by Elsevier Inc.
