摘要
We investigate hollow core photonic crystal fibers for ultra-sensitive fluorescence detection by selectively infiltrating the central hole with fluorophores. Dye concentrations down. to 10(-9) M can be detected using only nanoliter sample volumes. (C) 2007 Optical Society of America
