摘要
The magneto resistance of step edges in magnetite films was systematically studied. An enhancement of the magnetoresistance by the introduction of step edges was observed, especially in the high-field regime. This was modelled by spin-disorder scattering. The analysis revealed magnetic cluster formation at the step edges. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
