摘要
This work describes the preparation of composite films of zinc oxide (ZnO) embedded in a covalent copolymer substrate of triethylene glycol dimethacrylate and poly(ethyleneglycol) diacrylate. The ZnO-embedded copolymer was produced in situ from the reaction of a doped precursor zinc bis(2-thenoyltrifluoroacetonate) [Zn(TTA)(2)] in a hydrazine hydrate reflux system. The in situ production of ZnO nanoparticles with excellent optical qualities embedded in the copolymer substrate was demonstrated to be an effective approach to fabricating new advanced materials for use as a protective barrier that blocks UV rays.
