摘要
Aim. The aim of this paper was to explore the importance of combined using of dry chemical method, dreg analyzer, and anti-BMA urine dreg to red cells and white cells testing in urine. Methods. As for the urine samples of 600 patients, they were tested with urine dreg analysis, dry chemical analysis, and microscope microscopic analysis and the results were compared. Results. The positive proportion of the testing results of dry chemical analysis, manual urine dreg cystourethroscopy method, urine dreg analysis, white blood cells (WBCs) tested positive were 25.2%, 31.2%, and 33.5%, while that of red blood cells (RBCs) were 43.2%, 33.0%, and 35.2%. The difference between dry chemical method and two kinds of sediment cytourethroscopy method had statistical significance (P<0.01), and the difference between two kinds of sediment cystourethroscopy method did not have statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion. The joint application of urine dreg analyzer, dry chemical method, and microscopy microscopic contributes to improve the detection accuracy.
