摘要
The recent advances in High Level Architecture (HLA) have transformed such simulation paradigm in a standard for a wide range of industrial application. At the beginning HLA main purposes were mostly related to military application while today several civil domain have experience benefits from HLA simulation exercises. In this paper the author present an application of HLA for Supply Chain Management Training Course in which the complex behaviour of the various subjects involved in a Supply Chain are modelled using HLA. The major benefits of such approach are mainly related to the possibility of train people to operate in a high competitive and dynamic scenario able to simulate the real world in a very proper way. The advantages of such methodology as well as the learned lessons are presented and discussed.
