摘要
The influence of spraying powders on coating quality was evaluated. A 3 mol% Y2O3 partially stabilized nano-scale zirconia particles were used to deposit zirconia coatings. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) morphology of the nano-scale zirconia particles was presented. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation revealed that the zirconia coatings deposited from the three reconstituted powders presented different microstructures.
