摘要:
Properties of the scaled factorial moments are analytically studied within the framework of the Landau mean field approach. Dependences of the moments on resolution are found to be different for first-order and second-order phase transitions. It is suggested that the moments lnF(q) should be fitted to powers of X = delta(1/3) in the range of high resolution in order to extract information about the phase transition ina parameter independent way. It is also shown that the order of the phase transition could be determined by the relative sign of the fitted coefficients to those calculated theoretically.
