摘要
The German DRG system recognises and reimburses cases of intensive early neurological rehabilitation on the basis of the fulfilment of a specific combination of qualifications, services and the provision of more than 300 minutes of therapy per day. There is no agreement yet as to how these features are to be documented, which results in conflicts between the hospitals and the Medical Service of the Statutory Health Insurances. The problem is described in this article and ways of solution are demonstrated.
