摘要：
Quality control is the challenge of vegetable supply chain, in order to guarantee vegetable quality and reduce the system cost, in this paper, the vegetable supply chain quality problem be model with mixed integer linear programming. The model has been applied in a chili supply chain, it turned out that this model is useful to production and distribution process in the vegetable supply chain, it also useful to the design of vegetable supply chain.
