摘要
In this paper, a simple and convenient way for synthesis of common alkoxy derivatives of cobalt bis(-dicarbollide) was developed and a series of 8-alkoxy [8-RO-3,3'-Co(1,2-C2B9H10)(1,2-C2B9H10)(1,2-C2B9H11)](-), 8-alkoxy-8'-hydroxy [8-RO-8'-HO-3.3'-Co(1,2-C2B9H10)(2)](-) and 8,8'-dialkoxy derivatives [8,8'-(RO)(2)-3,3'-Co(1,2-C2B9H10)(2)](-) (R = Me, Et, Pr) were synthesized. The solid state structure of (Me4N)[8,8'-(MeO)(2)-3,3'-Co(1,2-C2B9H10)(2)] was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
