摘要
Partial electronic conductivity of (Ho0.9Ca0.1)(2)Ti2O6.9 was determined at 750-900 degrees C by Hebb-Wagner polarization and reoxidation methods. The ion transference number in air was estimated to vary from 0.991 at 750 degrees C to 0.979 at 900 degrees C. The activation energies of the electron and hole conductivity at P(O-2)=1 atm were calculated to be 2.95 eV and 1.34 eV respectively.
