摘要：

The modern information technology represented by the Internet has offered a favorable environment for College English teaching and learning. This paper attempts to analyze the feasibility and necessity of the Internet technology applied to College English teaching and suggest teaching models of College English dased on the Internet according to Constructivist Theory with the hope of enhancing currently College English teaching reform.
