Structural and dielectric characterisation of the relaxor ferroelectric solid solution (1-x)PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3/(x)BiMg2/3Nb1/3O3.

摘要
The solid solution (1-x)PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3/(x)BiMg2/3Nb1/3O3 was synthesised until x=0.4. All the compositions have a structure of cubic perovskite type and a relaxor dielectric behaviour. The chemical order between Mg2+ and Nb5+ increases slightly with Bi3+ addition but remains local. The influence of the A site substitution on the dielectric properties is discussed.
