摘要
A new analytical method for the design of parallel tunnel linings of arbitrary cross-section shapes constructed in built-up areas with the application of grouting is described in the paper. The method allows the stress state of linings subjected to the actions of the soil own weight and the weight of buildings or structures on the surface to be evaluated. The method is based on new analytical solutions of the corresponding plane problems of elasticity theory and supplemented by a special technique for approximate taking the 3D character of surface loads into account. The technique makes it possible to evaluate the stress state and bearing capacity of tunnel lining situated under buildings arbitrarily located on the surface along the tunnel and to find the lining cross-section with the most dangerous stresses. Examples of the design are given.
