TALENT CULTIVATION MODE OF NEO-CONFUCIAN BUSINESSMAN AND ITS PRACTICE

Business talent cultivation is related to the international competitiveness of an enterprise. How to inherit and develop the traditional ethics and culture based on confucianism deserves serious study. The paper focuses on the cultivation mode and concepts of business talent, and points out that confucianism is playing more and more important role in quality development of business talent and improvement of international competitiveness. Therefore, a quality development mode is advocated, that is, "ethics + innovation + knowledge + ability + mental and physical health", and equal weight should be given to the all-round education on good morality and top talents. In theoretical reform, studies are closely related to the talent education in Business School of Shijiazhuang University of Economics, and focus on the methods of and measures to talent cultivation. In practice, the cultivation mode is executed, that is, "benevolence education to freshmen, honesty education to sophomores, entrepreneurship education to juniors, and gratefulness education to seniors", and besides, nine annual knowledge contests have been held, which bring about good results and great social effects.
