摘要
The investigation of contact interaction and wetting of perovskite BaTiO(3) ceramics by metal melts is carried out. Two states of barium titanate are studied: the semiconducting BaTiO(3-x) with oxygen defect (the experiments are carried out in the vacuum for 13 pure metals and for titanium-containing alloys); the ferroelectric stoichiometric BaTiO(3) (the experiments in the air with use of Ag-Cu-O alloys are carried out). The oxygen dissolved in the Ag-Cu alloy acts as a strong adhesive element.
