摘要
This paper presents a 5.2GHz narrow-band optical receiver for radio-over-fiber applications. The receiver consists of a photodiode, matching network and a preamplifier in a 0.18um CMOS process. The analysis and simulation results show that the optociectronic conversion gain and the input equivalent noise current of the receiver are 56.629dBV/W and 6.875pA/root Hz respectively, P1dB > 0dBm and IIP3 > 5dBm.
