摘要
The active damping of pneumatic isolation optical platform is a new technique and effective way to depress natural resonance phenomenon in pneumatic isolation system. In the paper, the authors put forward a damping coefficient identification method needed in adaptive active damping and discussed the process of application of random decrement technique theory to the nonparametric characteristics identification of vibration isolation platform damping coefficient under the condition of base random disturbance. The above studies are the key to solve the active damping parameter adaptation problems. This paper gives a detail research results and actual use effect.
