摘要
Photonic bandgap structures in microstrip technology have been recently proposed as efficient frequency-band reflectors. To obtain high rejection values and sharp cutoffs, it is necessary to include a large number of periods in the structure. The novel configuration proposed in this letter makes this possible within a reasonable physical size. (C) 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
