摘要
In order to extract Hua-chrysanthemum essential oil (HEO), the flowers of Huai-chrysanthemum were ground and extracted with supercritical CO2.The yields of HEO were analyzed by weight method. Effect of extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and CO2 flow rate on yields of HEO were studied. Based on the signal factor test, the orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions. The results showed that the optimum conditionals were as follws: extraction pressure 40Mpa, temperature 45 degrees C, time 100min, CO2 flow rate 11 kg/h. Extraction yield of HEO was 0.65%. It's proved that supercritical CO2 extraction was a suitable method for extraction of HEO as its higher yield and shorter time.
