摘要
Plywood manufacture enterprises traditionally belong to the labor-intensive enterprises that their production modes have been out of place today. The emergence and rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) provides the basic technology for plywood manufacture enterprises to realize highly automated production by AI; which will become the trend of industrial development in future. Based on current production mode of domestic and foreign enterprises, we found that it is not yet achieved an automated production in the step of patching of defects on the plywood in current manufacture. Therefore, we design a new process of AI system to repair the defects on the plywood automatically. The AI system will improve the production efficiency of plywood manufacture industry.
