摘要：

At present the capital requirement in China's expressway construction is enormous. To encourage the application of PPP (Public Private Partnership) model in China's expressway construction, may greatly attract private capital, lessen the fiscal pressure of China's government and improve the operation efficiency of China's expressway project. Previous researches on the application of PPP in China's expressway construction are scarce. In this paper, it sets forth the connotation of PPP arrangement, analyses foreign experiences on PPP arrangement in expressway construction and puts forward some useful suggestions for the application of PPP in China's expressway construction.
