Doctrinal reflection from the legal logic of the close relationship between metaphysics and ideology is necessary from historical and philosophical positions. The ideological component is assumed in the legal logic in the sense of an interpretation of the ideological interpretation that the historian of law makes of the circumstances. Critical thinking will always observe whether historical research demonstrates the minimum priority of thought studies. The reasons for this epistemic insufficiency are multiple, but historically the most important and predominant has been the continuous reproduction of certain mechanisms of self-censorship that have operated within the historiographical tradition in one or the other country as a consequence of reductionist and schematic ideological positions. We use in this work theoretical methods such as the logical historical, the synthetic analytical and the empirical level with the analysis of documents.
