摘要:
A one-structure-based multi-effects coupled nanogenerator based on multi-functional PbZrxTi1-xO3 (PZT) was fabricated. Through incorporating a pyroelectric nanogenerator (PyENG) a photovoltaic cell (PVC) and a triboelectric-piezoelectric nanogenerator (TPiENG) into one device with similar output electrodes the nanogenerator was able to simultaneously collect thermal solar and mechanical energies. Compared with conventional hybridized nanogenerators the device is cheaper smaller and simpler. Individually the TPiENG have a much higher output voltage but much smaller output current compared to both the individual PyENG and PVC. The multi-effects coupled nanogenerator combines the advantages of all the individual units exhibiting the best charging performance and showing potential for maximizing energy collecting from the surrounding environments.
