摘要
The advancement of public administration and the application of information technology result in a e-government. "One-stop" service is the core of the e-government and the significant goal of the e-government. In order to offer an all-round, custom-made and high efficient service by achieving this creative interactive pattern, we need to transform the administration concept and service faculty of the government and reconstruct the government organizational structure and work assembly line. In so doing, an efficient, responsible and high-service-quality government will be constructed.
