摘要
Negotiation is the only non violent form for solving antagonistic interests in democratic cultures. When a conflict occurs there is a certain behavioural and performing self-reflection expected to solve the potential conflict. There is an important prerequisite to achieve this - profound analysis of each particular situation considering not only one's own performance but also reasons that resulted in conflicts. However, the world politicies follow just the opposite way round model. First of all, politicians tend to prove they have done their best, and it is just the particular current conflict - solving conditions that are inconvenient. The paper draws from the ever increasing importance of negotiation - a form that would lead to mutually acceptable outputs in politics. It deals with negotiation as a tool for politics, and at the same time, it accentuates what conflict-solving varieties are outlined.
